Further details relating to assessment
An artefact where apprentices will be asked to identify and reflect upon two or three examples and create an “evidence map” with associated commentary via proforma related to their professional discussion. Thus, permitting the learners to reflect on these incidents (self-assessment) using the Kolb model as well as illustrating understanding of the wider impact, demonstrating knowledge of why processes and procedures are in place.

The assignment should be reflective in nature but have an orientation as to how a student will use the skills in the future.
