JOU6003 - Final Project

Objectives:

Assessment tasks are designed to enable students to demonstrate the Learning and Employability outcomes for the relevant level of study. Level Learning Outcomes are embedded in the assessment task(s) at that level. This enables a more integrated view of overall student performance at each level.

Content:

This module consolidates the skills from any of the above programmes in the production of a final project which comprises an element of independent research and culminates in a research dissertation.

The project will take place under the guidance and support of a supervisor and following the securing of appropriate ethical approval.

Students will be supported with formative feedback to help develop their proposed project. This will inform student preparation and help reinforce reference to the University grading system.

001 Research Dissertation; equivalent of 6,000 words; end of semester 2 100%
