FDA4053 - Higher Level Teaching Assistant Preparation Level 4

Objectives:

Assessment tasks are designed to enable students to demonstrate the Learning and Employability outcomes for the relevant level of study. Level Learning Outcomes are embedded in the assessment task(s) at that level. This enables a more integrated view of overall student performance at each level.

Content:

This module prepares students to be assessed against the national HLTA standards, leading to the award of HLTA status. It is intended for teaching assistants who are already demonstrating high levels of capability and who are seeking to develop themselves professionally. The module focuses specifically on how to present evidence of current practice in order to meet the national standards. See additional student guidance if you are interested in this module.
