Learning and Teaching Information:

The lecture series starts with a “brainstorming” session held within the Learning Centre in which contemporary organisational issues are unearthed from current literature sources. These issues then form the syllabus for the module and this method ensures the topicality of the issues selected. Having established a list of issues, the lecturer formally presents the first two from the list (this gives students some “breathing space” for preparation). From then on each issue is presented by a student in accordance with a rota. Following each presentation there is a question and answer session / debate of the issue.
