PPP5003 - Work Based Focus 2

Objectives:

On successful completion of the module, students will be able to:

1 Identify a work related project, activity or development in order to evaluate group dynamics, change management and team development
2 Evaluate their subject based module content, theories and data within a work based situation
3 Analyse their role within a team and their potential for group development and leadership

Content:

This work -based module will evaluate the student’s understanding of team development and the impact of effective teamwork on institutional as well as local change. Students will identify an aspect of change impacting on their profession and conduct a project or investigation into how this may be effectively managed and their role within this group development.

Students will be supported by VLE materials, constructed reading and research tasks and individual tutorial sessions.
