Objectives:

On successful completion of the module, students will be able to:

1 Demonstrate an awareness of key principles of establishing relationships with clients and colleagues within the remit of workplace wellbeing and mentoring
2 Evaluate the needs of their own institution, team or individuals in relation to wellbeing
3 Reflect on their practice in relation to communication, needs analysis and relationship building

Learning and Teaching Information:

Learning will take place in interactive sessions incorporating theoretical input, discussion, debate, ICT research and student presentation. Students will be supported by VLE materials, constructed reading and research tasks and workshop sessions.
