On successful completion of the module, students will be able to:
1. demonstrate negotiation and project planning skills to develop an applied workplace wellbeing intervention (campaign)
2. apply theoretical skills through implementation of a practical application
3. show critical reflection and evaluation throughout the intervention and produce a meaningful final evaluation
Drawing upon material and skills developed in earlier modules students will develop and negotiate a specific wellbeing campaign in the workplace. The content and focus of the campaign will come from the wellbeing needs exercise conducted in an earlier module. The campaign will be negotiated with all stakeholders with SMART objectives; record keeping will include a timeline and business-case for the campaign; Well-Q will form an integral part of the evaluation/ critical self-reflection. The campaign will relate to both individual and corporate wellbeing issues and needs. All activities will be risk-assessed and conducted within professional protocol guidelines.
