On successful completion of the module, students will be able to:
1. Critically evaluate existing wellbeing campaigns and events
2. Relate contemporary best practice and campaign effectiveness to their own workplace
3. Plan a workplace campaign or event
Consideration of interlocking wellbeing agendas – health, skills, employment, effectiveness/productivity, corporate social responsibility. Local, national and international perspectives and initiatives. Translation and interpretation of best contemporary practice to the personal workplace. Campaign planning using agreed objectives, cost-benefit of resources, milestones and evaluation.
Blend of lecture-led sessions supported by seminars and tutorials.
Independent study to include research, reading and weekly work-based learning tasks.
Documenting and evaluating specific campaigns and policies
